Polityki prywatności — Aorum
W skrócie: każda aplikacja Aorum ma własną politykę prywatności, bo przetwarza inne dane. Administratorem danych we wszystkich aplikacjach jest Vansa Sp. z o.o. Nie sprzedajemy danych i nie prowadzimy śledzenia reklamowego.
Aplikacje
- Aorum Mail — poczta na iPhonie (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud i IMAP); całe przetwarzanie poczty odbywa się na urządzeniu, bez naszego serwera.
- Aorum Assistant (w przygotowaniu) — polecenia wykonywane na danych aplikacji Aorum i poczcie Gmail; AI w Amazon Web Services we Frankfurcie (UE), za Twoją zgodą.
- Aorum Plan (w testach) — kalendarz, zadania i notatki na iPhonie; Kalendarz Google i Google Tasks tylko do odczytu, w pamięci telefonu; opcjonalna synchronizacja plikiem albo kontem Aorum.
- Aorum Files, Projects i Contacts — polityki opublikujemy przed udostępnieniem tych aplikacji w App Store.

Dane z Gmaila, Kalendarza Google, Google Tasks i Dysku Google płyną między Twoim iPhone’em a Google. Aorum Mail nie przesyła danych z Gmaila ani tokenów Google na nasze serwery. Wyjątek działa tylko po jego włączeniu i opisuje go polityka aplikacji: fragmenty maili, które Assistant wysyła do modelu AI w Amazon Web Services we Frankfurcie — tylko gdy polecenie ich dotyczy i po Twojej zgodzie.
Aplikacje Aorum używają danych z interfejsów API Google wyłącznie do funkcji opisanych w politykach powyżej; nie używamy ich do reklam, nie sprzedajemy ich i nie trenujemy na nich modeli AI.
Wykorzystanie informacji otrzymanych w ramach zakresów Google Workspace jest zgodne z Zasadami Google dotyczącymi danych użytkownika, w tym z wymogami ograniczonego wykorzystania (Limited Use).

Privacy Policies — Aorum
In short: each Aorum app has its own privacy policy, because each processes different data. The data controller for all apps is Vansa Sp. z o.o. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising tracking.
Apps
- Aorum Mail — mail on your iPhone (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and IMAP); all mail processing happens on the device, without our server.
- Aorum Assistant (in preparation) — requests carried out on Aorum app data and Gmail; AI in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (EU), with your consent.
- Aorum Plan (in testing) — calendar, tasks and notes on your iPhone; Google Calendar and Google Tasks read-only, kept in the phone's memory; optional sync by file or Aorum account.
- Aorum Files, Projects and Contacts — we will publish their policies before these apps become available on the App Store.

Data from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Drive travels between your iPhone and Google. Aorum Mail does not send Gmail data or Google tokens to our servers. The exception works only after you turn it on, and the app policy describes it: the email excerpts the Assistant sends to an AI model in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt — only when your request is about them and after you consent.
Aorum apps use data from Google APIs only for the features described in the policies above; we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not train AI models on it.
The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
