Ostatnia aktualizacja: 2026-10-08 · Administrator danych: Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076) · Kontakt: support@aorum.app · Strona: aorum.app

Do zrozumienia polecenia korzysta z modeli AI w chmurze Amazon Web Services we Frankfurcie (UE), bez przechowywania treści zapytań. Zanim cokolwiek trafi do AI, poprosimy Cię o zgodę. Nie sprzedajemy danych i nie prowadzimy śledzenia reklamowego.

1. Administrator danych

Administratorem danych w rozumieniu RODO jest Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076). Kontakt w sprawach ochrony danych: support@aorum.app.

2. Jakie dane przetwarza aplikacja

2.1 Konto Aorum

Konto i dane aplikacji Aorum przechowujemy w bazie Aorum w usłudze Supabase, w regionie Frankfurt (UE).

2.2 Dane, na których pracuje Asystent

Zadania, wydarzenia, projekty, tagi i szablony z aplikacji Aorum. Asystent odczytuje je i zmienia wyłącznie na Twoje polecenie. Zmiany zapisuje po Twoim potwierdzeniu, a usunięcie danych i wysyłkę wiadomości zawsze dopiero po potwierdzeniu.

2.3 Historia poleceń i dziennik zmian

2.4 Poczta Gmail

Gdy połączysz konto Google, Asystent bezpośrednio z Twojego iPhone'a czyta i podsumowuje wiadomości, archiwizuje je, oznacza i przygotowuje szkice.

Claude firmy Anthropic.

Aplikacja korzysta z interfejsu API Gmaila wyłącznie do funkcji opisanych w punkcie 2.4.

3. Cel i podstawa prawna przetwarzania

5. Jak długo przechowujemy dane

Dane w bazie Aorum przechowujemy, dopóki masz konto. Usunięcie konta w aplikacji usuwa konto i Twoje dane z bazy Aorum; dane z kopii zapasowych bazy znikają, gdy te kopie wygasają.

6. Odbiorcy danych

Nie przekazujemy danych innym firmom.

7. Prawa użytkownika

Zgodnie z RODO masz prawo do: dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania. Zgodę na przekazywanie danych do AI możesz wycofać w dowolnym momencie w Ustawieniach aplikacji. Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

8. Zmiany polityki

Przed udostępnieniem aplikacji i wraz z jej rozwojem będziemy aktualizować tę politykę. Datę ostatniej zmiany znajdziesz na górze strony. Istotne zmiany zakresu przetwarzania ogłosimy w aplikacji.

Privacy Policy — Aorum Assistant

Last updated: 2026-10-08 · Data controller: Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076) · Contact: support@aorum.app · Site: aorum.app

In short: Aorum Assistant is in preparation and is not yet available on the App Store. This policy describes how the app will process data from the day it becomes available; if anything changes before launch, we will update it. The Assistant carries out your requests on data in the Aorum apps (tasks, events, projects) and, once you connect a Google account, on your Gmail. To understand a request it uses AI models in the Amazon Web Services cloud in Frankfurt (EU), without storing the content of requests. Before anything is sent to AI, we ask for your consent. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising tracking.

1. Data controller

The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076). Data-protection contact: support@aorum.app.

2. What data the app processes

2.1 Aorum account

Using the Assistant requires an Aorum account, created with “Sign in with Apple”. Apple gives us an account identifier and your email address, or an Apple relay address if you hide your email. The account and Aorum app data are stored in the Aorum database on Supabase, in the Frankfurt region (EU).

2.2 Data the Assistant works with

Tasks, events, projects, tags and templates from the Aorum apps. The Assistant reads and changes them only at your request. It saves changes after you confirm them; deleting data and sending messages always require your confirmation.

2.3 Request history and change log

In the Aorum database we keep the text of your requests (up to 4,000 characters), a one-line result and a log of changes made by the Assistant (what was changed in which record, before and after). This lets you see them on every device and undo a change. The full content of your conversations with the Assistant stays on your device.

2.4 Gmail

Once you connect a Google account, the Assistant reads and summarises messages, archives and labels them, and prepares drafts directly from your iPhone. It sends a message only after you confirm. Message content and attachments are never stored in the Aorum database. Only the parts of messages needed for a request are sent to the AI model. With the “Don't send email content to AI” switch turned on in Settings, the Assistant sees only the sender, subject and date of your emails.

2.5 Cloud AI

Your request and the data needed to carry it out (for example tasks or part of a message) pass through the Aorum relay server to Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) in the Frankfurt region (EU), where they are processed by language models, including Anthropic's Claude. The service is configured not to store the content of requests or responses, and the provider does not use them to train models. The Aorum relay server does not store the content of requests or responses — it records only the number of requests used and an operations log.

Before first use the Assistant shows a consent screen explaining what is sent to AI and to whom. Without your consent nothing is sent to AI. You can withdraw consent in Settings. A change of AI provider means a new provider list on the consent screen and a request for your consent again.

2.6 Data from Google services

The app uses the Gmail API only for the features described in section 2.4. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

4. What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not run advertising tracking and we do not train AI models on your data. The Assistant does not control other apps, and data in the Aorum database is not shared with Siri or Spotlight.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data in the Aorum database for as long as you have an account. Deleting your account in the app deletes the account and your data from the Aorum database; data in database backups disappears when those backups expire.

6. Who receives the data

We do not pass data to any other companies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing. You can withdraw consent to sending data to AI at any time in the app's Settings. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy before the app becomes available and as it develops. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. We will announce material changes to the scope of processing in the app.
