Regulamin — Aorum Mail
1. Postanowienia ogólne
Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji mobilnej Aorum Mail („aplikacja") udostępnianej przez Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076) („usługodawca"). Instalując lub używając aplikacji, akceptujesz ten regulamin. Jeśli go nie akceptujesz, odinstaluj aplikację i zaprzestań jej używania.
Synchronizacja stanu aplikacji i wspólne szkice wymagają konta iCloud, a duże załączniki jako link — konta Google (Dysk Google) albo Microsoft (OneDrive).
4. Twoja skrzynka i Twój dostawca poczty
6. Twoje treści
Twoja poczta, załączniki i kontakty pozostają Twoją własnością.
7. Funkcje, przy których odpowiadasz za swoje wybory
- Wspólne szkice — sam/a decydujesz, kogo zapraszasz do szkicu i jakie uprawnienia mu dajesz.
- Wysyłka zaplanowana z serwera — działa w miarę możliwości technicznych, z dokładnością do około minuty.
8. Cena, subskrypcje i płatności
Dotyczy to w szczególności:
- ceny — widoczna w ekranie zakupu przed potwierdzeniem, w walucie i wysokości ustalonej przez Apple dla Twojego regionu;
- odnawiania — subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie na kolejny okres, chyba że wyłączysz autoodnawianie co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu, w ustawieniach swojego konta Apple;
- anulowania — anulujesz subskrypcję samodzielnie w ustawieniach subskrypcji Apple ID (Ustawienia iOS → [Twoje imię] → Subskrypcje); usługodawca aplikacji nie ma dostępu do Twojej metody płatności i nie może anulować subskrypcji za Ciebie;
- zwrotów — o zwrot środków wnioskujesz bezpośrednio do Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); decyzje o zwrotach podejmuje Apple zgodnie z własnymi zasadami, nie usługodawca aplikacji.
Usługodawca nie przetwarza ani nie przechowuje danych Twojej karty płatniczej — całość płatności obsługuje Apple.
9. Dostępność i zmiany w aplikacji
12. Prawo właściwe
Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Jeśli jesteś konsumentem, korzystasz również z ochrony, jaką zapewniają Ci bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa kraju Twojego zwykłego pobytu, jeżeli jest inny niż Polska.

Terms of Use — Aorum Mail
1. General
These terms govern your use of the Aorum Mail mobile app (the "app") made available by Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076) (the "provider"). Installing or using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app and stop using it.
2. What the app is
Aorum Mail is an email client for iPhone. The app shows and sends messages from your existing mailboxes (Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook, iCloud, and any IMAP server). The app does not create a new mailbox or email address for you.
3. Technical requirements
The app runs on iPhone with iOS 18.5 or later, in portrait orientation. Some features have extra requirements: the on-device AI assistant (Apple Foundation Models) needs iOS 26, an iPhone with Apple Intelligence and a language Apple supports, and dictation needs a physical device. App-state sync and shared drafts need an iCloud account, and large attachments as links need a Google (Google Drive) or Microsoft (OneDrive) account. Features may not behave identically on every iPhone model.
4. Your mailbox and your mail provider
By using the app you sign in to your own mail accounts. The agreement covering the mailbox itself (limits, rules, any suspension or closure) is between you and your mail provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or the administrator of your IMAP server) — the app's provider has no control over that and bears no responsibility for it.
5. Fair use
You agree to use the app lawfully. In particular, it is prohibited to: send unsolicited bulk mail (spam), impersonate another person or entity, or use the app to access a mailbox that is not yours and that you are not authorized to use.
6. Your content
Your mail, attachments and contacts remain your own property. The provider claims no rights to them and does not use them for any purpose beyond showing them to you in the app and — with your consent — delivering the features you request (e.g. a push notification). When you turn on features built on your iCloud, Google Drive or OneDrive, the data goes to your own accounts with those services. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Features where you are responsible for your choices
- Shared drafts — you decide whom you invite to a draft and what permission you give them. Invited people see the draft and its comments; before you invite someone, make sure they may see that content. The same applies to a conversation copy shared for discussion ("Discuss with team") — it contains other people's messages, so share it only when you are entitled to.
- Large attachments as links — anyone who has the link can download the file, including people the recipient forwards it to. The file stays in your Google Drive or OneDrive until you delete it; sharing and deleting it are your responsibility.
- OpenPGP encryption — your private key is kept only on your iPhone. If you lose the device or the key and have no backup of it, you will not be able to read encrypted mail. The provider does not have your key and cannot recover it.
- Scheduled sending from the server — provided on a best-effort basis, accurate to about a minute. If it is uncertain whether your mail provider accepted a message, the server does not send it a second time — check its status in the app. The message goes out through your account with your mail provider and is subject to that provider's rules and limits.
- Read receipts — asking for a receipt does not guarantee you will get one; the recipient and their mail program decide whether to send it.
8. Price, subscriptions and payments
Version 1.0 of the app is free and contains no subscriptions or other in-app purchases. We plan paid features from version 1.1; before introducing them we will update these terms. If they appear, all in-app purchases and subscriptions will be handled exclusively by the Apple App Store, under Apple's standard in-app purchase rules. In particular:
- price — shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, in the currency and amount Apple sets for your region;
- renewal — a subscription renews automatically for the next period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple Account's subscription settings;
- cancellation — you cancel a subscription yourself in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions); the app's provider has no access to your payment method and cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf;
- refunds — refund requests go directly to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); refund decisions are made by Apple under its own policies, not by the app's provider.
The provider does not process or store your payment card data — all payment handling is done by Apple.
9. Availability and changes to the app
The app is under active development — features may appear, change, or be withdrawn. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services the app depends on (e.g. mail provider servers, our notification and scheduled-sending server, Apple's services including iCloud, or Google Drive and OneDrive). Until Google completes its verification of the app, Google's sign-in screen shows an "unverified app" warning, and only a limited number of Gmail accounts (at most 100) can connect.
10. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for: mail that fails to arrive or is delayed (including scheduled mail), acts or omissions of your mail provider and other external services, loss of access to encrypted mail after losing your private key, or damages resulting from the above — except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version is always available at this address, with the last-updated date shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app after changes are published means you accept them; if you disagree, stop using the app.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside, if different from Poland.
