1. Administrator danych
Administratorem danych w rozumieniu RODO jest Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076). Kontakt w sprawach ochrony danych: support@aorum.app.
2. Jakie dane przetwarza aplikacja
2.1 Twoje wpisy na iPhonie
Wydarzenia, zadania, notatki, projekty, tagi, załączniki, nagrania głosowe i ustawienia zapisuje baza aplikacji na Twoim iPhonie. Możesz chronić aplikację Face ID albo kodem — rozpoznawanie twarzy wykonuje iOS, a my nie dostajemy żadnych danych biometrycznych. Widżety, Siri, Skróty i rozszerzenie udostępniania korzystają z tych danych na urządzeniu.
2.2 Kalendarze i przypomnienia Apple
2.3 Synchronizacja plikiem (opcjonalna)
Dzięki temu te same dane widzisz w Aorum Projects i na innych urządzeniach.
2.5 Kalendarz Google i Google Tasks (opcjonalne, tylko do odczytu)
Gdy zalogujesz się kontem Google w ustawieniach synchronizacji, aplikacja prosi Google wyłącznie o odczyt Kalendarza Google i Google Tasks (zakresy calendar.calendarlist.readonly — lista kalendarzy, calendar.events.readonly — wydarzenia, i tasks.readonly — zadania).
Zapisuje w nim i odczytuje kopię wpisów opisaną w punkcie 2.3.
2.7 Dane z usług Google
Aplikacja korzysta z interfejsów API Kalendarza Google, Google Tasks i Dysku Google wyłącznie do funkcji opisanych w punktach 2.5 i 2.6.
2.8 Notion (opcjonalne)
Gdy połączysz Notion w ustawieniach synchronizacji, aplikacja wymienia wybrane wpisy z Twoją przestrzenią Notion bezpośrednio z iPhone'a. Wydarzenia i zadania z Google nie trafiają do Notion.
2.9 Lokalizacja i pogoda (opcjonalne)
3. Cel i podstawa prawna przetwarzania
- Wpisy, synchronizacja i konto Aorum — świadczenie usługi, z której korzystasz (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
- Kalendarz Google, Google Tasks, Dysk Google, Notion i lokalizacja — działają tylko po Twojej zgodzie wyrażonej w oknie Google, Notion albo iOS (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO); zgodę wycofasz w ustawieniach aplikacji, konta Google albo iOS.
- Usunięcie danych i cofnięcie dostępu — wylogowanie z Google w ustawieniach synchronizacji usuwa token i pobrane dane z aplikacji. Zgodę cofniesz też w ustawieniach konta Google (Bezpieczeństwo → Połączenia z aplikacjami innych firm). Usunięcie aplikacji usuwa z iPhone'a jej bazę i pliki. Usunięcia danych konta Aorum możesz zażądać pod adresem support@aorum.app.
8. Prawa użytkownika
Zgodnie z RODO masz prawo do: dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania. Dostęp aplikacji do Google cofniesz, wylogowując się w ustawieniach aplikacji albo w ustawieniach konta Google (Bezpieczeństwo → Połączenia z aplikacjami innych firm). Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
9. Zmiany polityki
Przed udostępnieniem aplikacji w App Store i wraz z jej rozwojem będziemy aktualizować tę politykę. Datę ostatniej zmiany znajdziesz na górze strony.

Privacy Policy — Aorum Plan
In short: Aorum Plan is a calendar, tasks and notes app for iPhone. The app is in testing and not yet on the App Store; this policy describes how it processes data today, and we will update it before launch if anything changes. Your entries are on your iPhone. Sync, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Notion and weather work only after you turn them on. The app only displays events from Google Calendar and tasks from Google Tasks — it keeps them in the phone's memory and never changes anything in Google. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising tracking.
1. Data controller
The data controller under the GDPR is Vansa Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Smolenia 14, 30-864 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0000675425, NIP 6793148076). Data-protection contact: support@aorum.app.
2. What data the app processes
2.1 Your entries on your iPhone
Events, tasks, notes, projects, tags, attachments, voice recordings and settings are stored in the app's database on your iPhone. You can protect the app with Face ID or a passcode — iOS does the face recognition, and we receive no biometric data. Widgets, Siri, Shortcuts and the share extension use this data on the device.
2.2 Apple calendars and reminders
With your permission in iOS, the app reads and writes your iPhone's calendars and reminders through Apple's system interfaces. This data does not reach us.
2.3 File sync (optional)
When you turn on file sync, the app saves a copy of your entries in a file in the place you choose: on your iPhone, in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox or Box. The file sits on your own account with that provider — we have no access to it.
2.4 Aorum account (optional)
When you connect the app to an Aorum account, events, tasks, projects and their settings sync through the Aorum sync server with the Aorum database in Supabase, in the Frankfurt region (EU). This lets you see the same data in Aorum Projects and on your other devices.
2.5 Google Calendar and Google Tasks (optional, read-only)
When you sign in with your Google account in the sync settings, the app asks Google only for read access to Google Calendar and Google Tasks (the calendar.calendarlist.readonly scope for the list of calendars, calendar.events.readonly for events and tasks.readonly for tasks). It downloads the list of your calendars and task lists, then events from the calendars you select and open tasks with a due date from the lists you select — directly between your iPhone and Google, without our servers. It shows them in the calendar views, on the Dashboard, in search and in widgets.
Events and tasks from Google live only on the phone — in the app's memory and in the preview for widgets, replaced at every refresh: they never reach the app's database, the sync file, backups, the Aorum account or Notion. The app never creates, changes or deletes anything in Google Calendar or Google Tasks. On the iPhone it remembers only which calendars and lists you selected. When you sign out of Google, the downloaded data disappears from the app.
2.6 Google Drive (optional)
When you choose Google Drive as the sync location, the app asks for the drive.file scope: it sees only the database file it created itself in your Drive, not your other files. It writes and reads the copy of your entries described in section 2.3.
2.7 Data from Google services
The app uses the Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Drive APIs only for the features described in sections 2.5 and 2.6. We do not share Google data with anyone, we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.
Aorum Plan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2.8 Notion (optional)
When you connect Notion in the sync settings, the app exchanges the entries you choose with your Notion workspace directly from your iPhone. Events and tasks from Google never go to Notion.
2.9 Location and weather (optional)
With your permission in iOS, the app uses your approximate location (to within about a kilometre) or a city you choose in the settings to get a forecast from Apple Weather (WeatherKit). We do not store your location or send it anywhere other than Apple.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Entries, sync and the Aorum account — providing the service you use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Drive, Notion and location — work only after you consent in the Google, Notion or iOS prompt (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw consent in the app, your Google account or iOS settings.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising tracking, we do not use advertising analytics and we do not train AI models on your data.
5. Data protection
We treat Google Calendar and Google Tasks data as sensitive data. It is protected by these mechanisms:
- Encrypted connections — the app connects to Google, Notion and the Aorum sync server only over HTTPS (TLS). iOS blocks unencrypted connections in the app (App Transport Security with no exceptions).
- Sign-in and access keys in the iOS Keychain — you sign in on Google's own sign-in screen, so the app never sees your password. The Google access token, the Notion key and the Aorum account key are stored in the iOS Keychain, encrypted by the system and available only to the app. When you sign out of Google in the sync settings, the Google token is deleted from the phone.
- Google data stays on your iPhone — events and tasks from Google travel directly between your iPhone and Google, without our servers, so neither we nor anyone else can access them. The app keeps them in memory; the only copy saved on the phone is the preview for widgets in the app's container, replaced at every refresh.
- Encryption on the device — the app's database and the widget preview live in the app's isolated container (iOS sandbox), which iOS encrypts (Data Protection) when the iPhone has a passcode. You can also lock the app with Face ID or a passcode.
- Least access — the app asks for Google Calendar and Google Tasks in read-only mode, so it cannot create, change or delete anything there; in Google Drive it sees only the file it created itself (sections 2.5 and 2.6).
- No selling, advertising or AI training — we do not sell Google data, share it with anyone, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models; we use it in line with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy (section 2.7).
- Deletion and revoking access — signing out of Google in the sync settings deletes the token and the downloaded data from the app. You can also revoke consent in your Google account settings (Security → Third-party connections). Deleting the app removes its database and files from your iPhone. You can ask for your Aorum account data to be deleted at support@aorum.app.
6. How long we keep data
Data on your iPhone stays until you delete it or delete the app. The sync file stays on your account with the chosen provider until you delete it. We keep Aorum account data for as long as you have the account; data in database backups disappears when those backups expire. We do not store events and tasks from Google at all — they exist only on your iPhone, in the app's memory and in the preview for widgets.
7. Who receives the data
- Supabase (Frankfurt region, EU) — stores the Aorum database on our behalf as a processor, when you use an Aorum account.
- Apple — calendars and reminders on your iPhone, iCloud Drive, Siri and the weather forecast (WeatherKit).
- Google — Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Drive; this is your relationship with Google, not with us.
- Dropbox, Box and Notion — when you choose these services yourself; this is your relationship with their providers.
We do not share data with any other company.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can revoke the app's access to Google by signing out in the app's settings or in your Google account settings (Security → Third-party connections). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before the app becomes available on the App Store and as it develops. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
